OHD Notes
Known as the Mary A. Wolfe House, it was designed by Samuel Hannaford and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It's last use as a nursing home, it has been abandoned since the 1990's. It was stripped and has been falling into disrepair since with floors falling in and leaky roofs. It's been threatened with demolition due to it's condition and the chances it surviving doesn't look great. 5/25/13 Update: I noticed that the house was being processed for demolition, whatever that means. You can find updates on the hazardous buildings map.
